Exit 23 Closure & Detour

Starting mid-September, southbound Exit 23 on Highway 99 will be closed to facilitate the construction of new offramp from Highway 99 to Ladner Trunk Road. This newly constructed offramp is part of the 78th Street Interchange project and will provide better connectivity for both north and southbound drivers to Highway 99 when finished. This closure is required as the current Exit 23 will not be able to function appropriately and for the continued safe construction of the 78th Street Interchange. Drivers are reminded to slow down and follow posted message board and signage.

Drivers are asked to please obey all signage and traffic personnel for everyone’s safety. TransLink Route 310 will continue to operate throughout construction.
